More about Aerial Yoga
I LOVE aerial yoga!
I've been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. About a year ago, I discovered aerial yoga and it is the most fun I’ve ever had exercising! When I first started:
-
I had zero upper body strength
-
Was very unsure about my ability to hang upside down
THEN - after only a few sessions in a very safe, supportive and fun learning environment, I was hooked.
I recently completed aerial yoga teacher training. Through this course I discovered even more ways the yoga hammock/swing can be used as a prop to make yoga more accessible.
I'm prepared to guide you in discovering this fun way to move, get stronger, gain confidence in your body's abilities and have FUN!
Come fly with me!
